💡 Description: Students will decorate two different cupcakes—one featuring a chocolate-dipped “carrot” strawberry and another with a playful fondant bunny. They will learn how to dip and decorate strawberries to resemble fun, garden-style carrots and craft a simple fondant bunny to bring their designs to life. These cupcakes will introduce basic fondant techniques and creative dessert decoration in a fun, hands-on setting. -
🐰 Skills Learned: Basic fondant sculpting, texturing, and shaping techniques
💡 Description: Students will create a fun, cartoon-style fondant bunny, focusing on whimsical shapes and exaggerated features. They will choose from a selection of playful bunny designs and learn techniques to bring their imaginative creations to life. The finished bunny will be taken home to dry and use as a cake topper or decoration. -
🦄🐉 Skills Learned: Sculpting beginner-friendly fondant figures, applying edible dust powders, adding color and texture
💡 Description: Students will choose to create a simple fondant unicorn or dragon, learning step-by-step how to shape and decorate their creature using basic sculpting techniques. This class focuses on fun, approachable designs that are easy to replicate at home. Each student will take home their fondant creation to dry and use as a cake topper. -
